  • How does your factory control quality?
  • Every new packaging developed undergoes strict color testing, compatibility testing, sealing testing, scratch testing, drop testing, usage testing, transportation testing, total more than ten tests. We make PPS & range board before mass production and make Inspection Standard after sample approved. Inspection during the production process is essential, then random checks before packing. 
  • What's your lead time?
  • The custom sample is generally 7 to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the project.  Mass production of no more than 50,000 pieces is generally 30 days, and 10 days are added for each additional 50,000 pieces.  If a new mold is needed , it takes 15 days for bottle molds and 30 to 45 days for lid and jar molds.
  • How to get a sample?
  • We offer stock samples for free, for first check or quality test. Custom samples are charged and the cost can be refunded when place mass production order.
